In the name of Allah,the Most Benificient,the Most Merciful

this part of my site is for my wonderful religion Islam!

the meaning of Islam is 'peace' and surrendering yourself to God. Islam was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) around 1,400 years ago when he was meditating on Mount Hira by Angel Jibrael.

the main message of Islam is the unity of God and he is the only one who is worthy of Prophet Muhammad's worship .

the other beliefs of a Muslim are God's angels,books of God,all the Prophets and the Day of Judgement.

the 5 duties of every Muslim are: knowing the unity of God and that Muhammad is God's messenger,prayers,paying zakaat,fasting in Ramadan and performing the pilgrimage 2 Mecca.

Islam believes that each person is born pure and God has given us a choice if we follow the path of good or evil. everything we need to know is in the Quran. the way to get closer to Allah is simple..through sincere worship.

at this moment there are over 1.5 billion Muslims in the world and it is the fastest growing religion in the world..the beauty of it is spreading through people's hearts everywhere!

these are Surahs i like..theyre all in english too so if u dont understand arabic this will help!

i'll build this up until i can have as many as i can on here!

this is the opening to the Holy Quran:

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds,
Most Gracious, Most Merciful;
Master of the Day of Judgment.
Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek.
Show us the straight way,
The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray.

01: The Opening

They ask thee to hasten on the evil in preference to the good: Yet have come to pass, before them, (many) exemplary punishments! But verily thy Lord is full of forgiveness for mankind for their wrong-doing, and verily thy Lord is (also) strict in punishment.

ayaat 13:6-13:7 of Surah 13: The Thunder

Day (behold), ye prefer the life of this world;
But the Hereafter is better and more enduring.
And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation)-
The Books of Abraham and Moses.

ayaat 87:16-87:18 of Surah 87: The Most High

It is He Who got out the Unbelievers among the People of the Book from their homes at the first gathering (of the forces). Little did ye think that they would get out: And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But the (Wrath of) Allah came to them from quarters from which they little expected (it), and cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their dwellings by their own hands and the hands of the Believers, take warning, then, O ye with eyes (to see)!

And had it not been that Allah had decreed banishment for them, He would certainly have punished them in this world: And in the Hereafter they shall (certainly) have the Punishment of the Fire.

That is because they resisted Allah and His Messenger: and if any one resists Allah, verily Allah is severe in Punishment.

ayaat 59:2- 59:5 of Surah 59: Exile
